We'll add half a teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste here, and then we'll mix all the ingredients well. By following this method, you must try making this recipe once; it tastes very delicious to eat.

Now, instead of three eggs, you can also use two eggs here. After mixing well, we'll add two large tablespoons of chickpea flour here and mix it well again.

First, take a pan. We'll take two tablespoons of oil and heat it well. Once the oil is hot enough, we'll add the eggs and potatoes.

Once the oil is hot, we'll add a small piece of cinnamon and two small cardamom pods. Along with that, we'll add a tablespoon of whole cumin seeds. We'll fry the cumin seeds well first.

As soon as the cumin seeds are fried, we'll add a tablespoon of kasuri methi. Along with that, we'll add finely chopped medium-sized onions.

Keep frying until the color of the onions changes slightly. Once the color of the onions changes slightly, we'll add here. After adding a tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste, we'll fry for another minute. Once the ginger and garlic paste is fried, we'll add dry spices here. So first, we'll turn the gas flame to low. Then we'll add one and a half teaspoons of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of red chili powder, half a teaspoon of cumin powder, and one teaspoon of coriander powder. We'll add salt according to taste. We'll fry the spices for another minute.  Once the spices are well-fried, we'll add here.

After adding a medium-sized tomato paste, we'll cook for 2-3 minutes until the oil starts separating from the sides. Once the spices are well-cooked, we'll add here. We'll add half a teaspoon of garam masala. We'll mix well and add here. You can see water separating from the sides, indicating the spices are well-cooked, so we'll add approximately.

We'll add one cup of water for the gravy. You can adjust the quantity according to your preference. We'll mix well and let it simmer for a while.

Once the gravy comes to a boil, we'll slice it. You can slice it according to your preference, whether small or large. You can customize it here as per your liking.
