Half a teaspoon of red chili powder, half a teaspoon of salt, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, a quarter teaspoon of carom seeds, and a little bit of chopped cilantro leaves, which we have included here.
Now, we'll add a little water and make a thick batter. The thick coating of chickpea flour makes it taste very good, and the addition of rice flour makes these potato fritters very crispy. The layer on top of them will be very crispy, which tastes very good.
